For Complex Projects: When a project is too intricate to quote accurately without extensive planning, we utilize a design retainer. This covers the significant work required to engineer a sophisticated plan and provide a reliable price range before the build begins.

Permitting & Compliance
We handle the red tape so you don’t have to. If required, we submit your finalized designs to the applicable city, HOA, or municipal authority for approval. We manage the paperwork and coordination to ensure your project is fully compliant and ready for execution.
