This project combined large-scale regrading and retaining wall upgrades with a custom paver patio and pathway system to reshape a challenging site. A natural stone waterfall, stream, and pond were constructed with integrated circulation and filtration, supported by extensive boulder and river rock placement. The result is a cohesive outdoor environment that balances drainage, structure, and natural beauty, anchored by a living water feature designed to define the entire landscape.

The Story
Project Overview
The Watervalley project brought together structural site work and naturalistic design to transform a challenging outdoor space into a polished, multi-layered landscape. Large-scale regrading and retaining wall upgrades resolved the site's elevation and drainage concerns, creating stable, defined zones throughout the yard. A custom paver patio and connecting pathway system were installed to establish durable, low-maintenance surfaces that tie the space together. At the heart of the project, a natural stone waterfall, stream, and pond were carefully constructed with integrated circulation and filtration systems, bringing movement and sound into the landscape. Extensive boulder and river rock placement frames the water feature and reinforces the natural aesthetic, while fresh sod completes the yard with a clean, finished lawn.
